Mid Year Resolutions

Last week I stumbled across a list of my new year’s resolutions.

It was quite interesting (or better put disappointing!) in that I hadn't really actioned any of them :( Particularly the first two, which have featured on my new year’s resolutions list many times, get healthy and get fit. Ah yes, these old chestnuts have been featured on my list many times! Although I am pretty fit and a normal weight I have decided that I am going to kick things up a bit and improve as (1) Every year over 30 has been an extra kg or two (2) Summer is coming around the corner, ahhhhh!! (3) I really want to be the best that I can be.

As a result, I have decided that Get Healthy, Get Fit are going to become my 'mid year resolutions'. 

Two weeks ago, I started by drinking Blossom Blends Body Beautiful tea and Blossom Blends On The Wagon to help detox my system and get me on the right track and I am happy to say that I have two kg already! I have also been trying to eat more healthy, have breakfast, do more walking and commit to at least two pilates classes a week to tone up (particularly as Summer is just around the corner and I think I will need at least 12 weeks to get to where I want to be).

Has anyone else started to think about summer and started to freak out?! Or made resolutions are stuck with them?! Would love to hear your thoughts and any tips would be appreciated! Will keep you all updated with how I get on.
